By using Bremda you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use.
We may update terms — continued use after notice constitutes acceptance unless law forbids.
Accounts
Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend accounts that threaten stability, violate acceptable use, or create legal risk.
Beta disclaimer
Bremda beta services are provided AS IS without warranties of uptime or fitness for purpose.
We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bremda is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
Total liability for any claim is capped at amounts you paid Bremda in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty USD if unpaid beta.
